Great location and attentive service

The staff were friendly and remembered my preferences. The breakfast service could be more organized as I encountered some delays during peak hours.

The hotel had unbeatable and super location right by the centre of town close to the underground. It was really close to Das Zwolf, where you can have dinner.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with spacious rooms with modern decor. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the town center and near Café Central for good breakfasts and desserts. The staff were great, ensuring all my needs were met swiftly, essential for a business traveler.

My stay was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was excellent with phenomenal dishes, and the spacious room had a comfy bed and great shower. I’d definitely come back!

The location is just right for exploring the Hofburg Palace and the fine St Stephen's Cathedral. The rooms were super comfy, and we loved the heated bathroom floors. It's convenient for getting around, too. I'd recommend checking out the city's Christmas markets if you're there during the holidays.

We had a bit of a letdown with breakfast service on our first day. The waitstaff seemed a bit disoriented, which slowed things down a little. But overall, they were friendly and eager to help.

Comfortable bed in the superior room, plus central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. Early check in and late check out.

Quieter, good location near many historic sites, and a few blocks from the very busy tourist cafes. Look and feel of a Euro boutique hotel, not a chain. Close to the subway station.

It took 20 minutes to clarify the hotel's mistake on the reservation, but they fixed it.

The location was great convenient to get to using public transport and met expectations. Tried some takeout specials at Nordsee, luckily it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Stayed in neat superior room with bath.
